Packing forwarding and other charges

Being this website is a wholesale business website with working business on a B2B mode, The price we mentioned on the website are our best price to Resellers, Shop Owners, Gift Gallery or Bulk Orders only.

The pricing are subject to following terms :

1. The prices mentioned are FOB our ware house.
2. The prices are net against advance payment only.
3. All taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
4. Master packing will be charged extra as actual or at the best price.
5. The prices do not include any kind of printing & refills (corporate gift products).
6. All clocks and other illuminations products are without bettery cells unless stated.
7. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

All Shipping & Delivery charges are extra as per actual. The shipping & Delivery cost will be notified to you before shipping or delivery. Products will be delivered only on terms of consent on the Tax, Packing, Shipping & Forwarding payable by the customer.

For online orders we provide shipping services. We guarantee that the product will reach at your given address within 5-7 working days not including Sundays and other holidays, after your payment has been cleared. We provide delivery throughout India for all online products, also in rural interior areas through speed post or registered post; the order will deliver to you within 8-10days. . We provide you with standard rates and our shipping charges are based on volume of the particular product.

The company will not cover delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. So to avoid further error or delays in shipment you are requested to submit your correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark. During festival time Delivery within 3-4 days is not possible, if you are placing your order for valentine on 11th Feb. it will reach to you before or on 14th Feb. but in case if you have place your order after 11th Feb. we won’t be able to provide you delivery on 14th Feb., we guarantee to deliver the exact product which you have selected. In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within the specific time period through mail or customer care service and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements or Refund Policy

Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side. We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be credited to your account within 4-5 working days.

Cancellations by the customer: Before Dispatch 

In case we receive a cancellation notice from your side and the order has not been dispatched by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 4-5 working days.

Cancellations by the customer: After Dispatch

On the other hand, on cancellation of an order after it has been dispatched from our side, the cancellation charges will become applicable that is 5% of the order value and the shipping charges incurred on that particular order. We expect that no difference of opinion will happen from your side regarding the cancellation. If the Product is once dispatched, it cannot be returned.
